  • To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card with matching name, pass through our verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
  • Information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for other purposes.
  • All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of stay.
  • By completing a reservation you agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions, and may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or building.
  • A dog is allowed with an extra cleaning fee; only certain breeds are accepted. Cats are not accepted.

Fees and Payments

  • Early check-in and late check-out, if available, can be provided at extra cost.
  • Paid washer and dryer are shared with other guests and located in a common area of the house. Cost: $1.75 for a wash and $1.75 for a dry.
  • A dog is allowed in the unit with an extra cleaning fee.
  • A refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no property damage.
  • Alternatively, a non-refundable damage waiver is available, ranging from $50 to $80 USD.

  • Each unit has its own parking space.
